I don't think you have to stop thinking like a kid to be a grown up. Whether it's my generally playful nature or a feeling that there is more you can do with everything ("what if we set the book up like this and make it into a tent for our trolls?") or my love of invention. Maybe it's always feeling there is more out there to do, more to explore, more ideas to create or simply more things to think about, but I have been organically drawn to the toy business. The world is so big and offers so much opportunity for exploration I see endless opportunities for ways to play. I am lucky that I seem to have an endless well of play ideas on which to draw. If I get stumped? I go right back to the kids themselves and ask them what they want. You want new toys? I can conduct your research, brainstorm, plan, develop, devise strategies and manufacture 100% safe products for even the youngest of your customers. I know product that is food-safe, child-safe, adorable and most of all fun!
