This branding was done for a man who was running for congress as a republican candidate in a democratic stronghold. I figured he needed a logo design that was bright, cheerful, and helped him step away from traditional, conservative appearances in order to compete with the incumbent, democrat. I went with the third design with the star which connotes a rising star and an emerging candidacy.
